Join us for an informative roundtable discussion exploring the current and future state of housing in our region. This session brings together key voices in housing, real estate, and economic development to provide insight into the challenges and opportunities shaping where and how we live.

What to Expect:

• City of Columbus – Housing Study Findings & Action Plan:
  The City of Columbus will present key findings from its recent Housing Study, highlighting critical data on housing availability, affordability, and needs across the community. Attendees will learn about the city's priorities and next steps moving forward.
• Century 21 Scheetz – The State of Residential Real Estate:
  A representative from Century 21 Scheets will offer a snapshot of the local residential real estate market. Expect insights on trends in home sales, pricing, buyer behavior, etc.
• Cook Group – Workforce Housing:
  Learn how one of Bloomington's major employers is tackling housing challenges with innovative solutions that aim to support both economic growth and community stability.
